Physiotherapy in Aurora

Woman getting electrical stimulation therapyDr. Aaron is dedicated to improving the well-being of every member of your family. At our office, we provide quality care so that you can get more out of life. In addition to chiropractic, we may recommend a physiotherapy modality to complement your care. We’ve found that our patients can feel better and get rapid results with the help of these modalities.

The forms of physiotherapy offered at Elevated Health Chiropractic include

  • Electrical muscle stimulation
  • Stretching and strengthening exercises
  • Traction
  • Wobble chair

If you’re having disc-related issues, the traction table may be ideal for you. A wobble chair will also aid in rehabilitating your disc. No matter what your concern might be, if you’re in pain or experiencing dysfunction, we can likely find the physiotherapy modality that suits your needs.

How Physiotherapy Helps You

Physiotherapy is designed to address the muscles, tendons and ligaments in your body. It works hand-in-hand with chiropractic care. Your adjustment may last longer, and the muscles and tissues around your joints can heal even quicker than with chiropractic alone.

You do not, however, have to be a chiropractic patient to receive physiotherapy. If you would like to experience one of our modalities without beginning chiropractic care, you’re welcome to come on. We’ll have you fill out some brief forms and then get you started.

Insurance Coverage Information

If you have a personal injury case or a motor vehicle accident injury, physiotherapy will usually be covered. If it is part of your wellness plan along with chiropractic care, insurance likely won’t cover physiotherapy.
